Can I assume that all BA flights from London dock at T7? We're booked in for a night at the Super 8 Jamaica Hotel. I gather it provides a free shuttle from and to JFK. Where precisely do we go to catch the shuttle? We land at 8.50pm. Do we need to ring the hotel when we land to let them know we want picking up? This site looks very helpful. Thanks in anticipation.

Hotel shuttles are located at Federal Circle; take any AirTrain on track 1 from terminal to Federal Circle station.

Yes it lands at T7 at all the time.
Yes it does.
You can always give them a call. It wont do any harm.

Hi
My parents will be landing JFK Intl Airport, terminal 7 on 28th July on Cathy pacific at 1310 local time. They have a flight to catch to Minneapolies via Sun Country at 2035 from terminal 4.They can't speak English and are from Nepal. So could you please guide me to help them in a easy way.

Cathay Pacific is located at Terminal 7 and Sun Country is located at Terminal 4. Once they arrive at JFK airport they will clear immigration as it is their first U.S entry. Once they clear immigration they will pick up their luggage and check it through customs. After customs they will arrive at terminal 7 arrivals hall. From there tell me them to go on the escalator to the 3rd floor of terminal 7 take any train on track 2 to terminal 7 and check in with Cathay Pacific. If they are looking for something to do during their layover terminal 4 has some nice shopping malls and good food courts. From terminal 7 take an air train on track 2 to terminal 4 and track 1 to go back to terminal 7.If you are still looking for more help for your parents speak with airlines and see if there are any extra services your parents may get.

Thank you for this information.I think this might help but I am wondering how easy will that be for them to take the air train. They will have 2 luggages on them.Thank you again.

They will certainly have plenty of time between flights. After they exit customs at T7 they should proceed to AirTrain, take train on track 2 (terminal loop) to T4. They can rent a luggage cart on arrival at T7 to transport their luggage between terminals and they can take the cart on AirTrain.

Thank you , that answers all my questions.

pls help me..i will be arriving at terminal from a cathay pacific flight arriving at 13:10, cathay is in terminal 7, now my connection is at 14:55 via American airlines..which is terminal 8. what is the fastest way to reach my connection...i am not american citizen, have to clear customs and immigration...and pick up bags as well....u think i can make it to my connection?

You should be able to make it as long as your arriving flight is on time. From terminal 8 take any train on track 2 to terminal 7. Air train is the fastest option for you as it takes only a minute.

Are there mailing and notarial services at the airport? If so, where and what hours?
Thank you

You are out of luck. No.

I will need a notary at the airport and then fed-ex the signed documents. Does JFK provide this service as they do at chicago and la? Thank you.
