I bought tickets from Finnair (Helsinki-New York - LA) Do I need to recheck tickets and baggage in JFK as I'm flying with AA to LA?

Hi, how do I get from Terminal 7 to Terminal 8 for Cathy Pacific? Where is the AirTrain? Which color should I take? Do I have to go through customs and immigration again once I arrive Terminal 8

I have a flight leaving Terminal 8 at 5:45 AM. Since I won't be getting more than a couple hours sleep that night in any case my plan was to head to the airport from manhattan around midnight and hangout there until I can check-in. Any reasons why not to do so? Thanks!

Just wondering if you have any advice on the following connections and if they will allow enough time to make the following flights:

Arrive with American Airlines from Boston to JFK terminal 8 at 825pm

Depart with Emirates Airlines from JFK terminal 4 at 11pm.

Do you think this connection is too tight? Will I make this flight?

Im arriving in terminal 4 with Egyptair @ 3:15pm and have a connecting flight to Miami with AA in terminal 4 @ 5:45pm?

1. will that be enough transit time?
2. Do i have to go through passport control, pick up my bags and then re-check them in terminal 4?

Hi we arrive in T8 from Providenciales at 16.25 with AA and we haves connection to Ireland with Aer Lingus at 6.30pm from T4. I am travelling with 3 children will we have enough time to make this connection? Thanks

We are flying from Caribbean using AA and reaches Terminal 8 at 6:25 pm and we have a connection with Kuwait Airways at 9:00pm. Do we have enough time to do the luggage collection, customs and immigration and make a safe connection?

Hello, I'll be arriving from BUD to JFK at Terminal 8 with AA. I have a connection in the same terminal to another AA flight to Chicago O'Hare - ORD. After the immigration entry process do I have to claim and re-check my luggage for the 2nd AA flight or AA will do it automatically for me?

Hello, we'll be arriving from BUD to JFK at Terminal 8 with AA. We have a connection here a few gates down in the same terminal to another AA flight to Tampa, FL. After the immigration entry process do we have to claim and re-check our luggage for the 2nd AA flight or AA will do it automatically for us? Do we have to go through security check again?
Also, do we provide our blue Customs form to them here or at our final destination in TPA?

My wife is traveling from Dubai to Miami, from dubai is going with Emirates and then conecting with AA to MIAMi, Emirates did not give her the Boarding pass for JFK to MIami but the baggage is checked all the way, the questions are: 1) she will have to visit a counter at Termninal 8 from where Emirates in landing or go to the 4 in where AA is?, 2) The baggage have to be collected and given back at terminal 8 where emirates landed or carry them to terminal 4 ?
