Terminal 8

Hi,

TOday I will be arriving at 8 pm to Terminal 8 in the JFK, Gate 32 G. I need to take another flight at 10 pm at Gate 6, Terminal 8. I am 77 years old. How much walking time do you think it takes?

My return flight is Norfolk (ORF)- Madrid (MAD) - Seville (SVQ) with the first layover at JFK Airport T8 (Airline - AA).

I have 1 hr and 15 mins to make my flight to MAD Spain. I understand that since my flights are on AA, they are therfore in the same terminal. And, my bags are checked all the way to SVQ and I have my boarding pass, so I just need to go to the gate. So, the time frame is okay, correct?

However, if my flight is delayed, what will happen to me and my children? Will AA put me on a flight the next day?

I am worried about 1-is 1.5 hrs enough time and 2-what happens if I experience delays in my first flight.

We are flying from Italy Rome > JFK via meridiana Fly with a connecting flight to BWI via American Airlines. Our layover time is listed at an hour and 15 minutes. It will be me (US Citizen) 18 month old (US Citizen) and my husband (Legal Permanent Resident) making this connection - will we have enough time? Any suggestions for making the sprint easier?

My American Airlines flight going to St. Marten departs at 8:00AM in Terminal 8.

Do I have to go through Immigration / Customs at JFK for my Vancouver and St. Martens?

What is the fastest way to get to Terminal 8 from Terminal 7?

Do you think I can make it in 1 hour?

I would be traveling from LAX to Budapest with American Airlines all the way, having layover in New York. I will have 2 hours at terminal 8. I will fly in and out of terminal 8 . Do I have to go though passport check etc etc..there?

I am looking at flights for this November, Budapest to San Diego, and the best option I have in terms of overall travel time, is AA from BUD to JFK, and then AA non-stop JFK to San Diego; the connection time is 1 hr 30 minutes. Assuming my flight from Europe is on time, is that enough time to clear Immigration and customs? I am assuming that since both flights are AA (not code shared), that I will arrive and depart from Terminal 8?

we are travelling from spain to jfk arriving 3.35 we then catch a plane to Nashville 5.59, is there enough time to go through customs etc and catch the nashville flight?

I just booked my flight and then realized I only have a 35 minute connection at JFK. On May 25th, I am flying from LAX to JFK on American Airlines. I only have 35 between that flight and my flight from JFK to ORF on American Airlines (American Eagle). Is it even possible that I will make it to my flight to ORF in time? Also, is there a way to check my gates for each of those flights so I can see at least how far away they are from one another. Thanks so much for your help!

Please can you give me any information on what to expect when I have to transfer from AA flight from UK (Manchester) to AA flight to Orlando in JFK terminal 8. I have a window of 2h:50min, which I am assuming should be OK. I am expecting I will need to go though immigration, but also I am led to believe I will need to claim my hold bags and will I need to check them in again? I am traveling from SFO to India thru ethiad airlines. I will be checking in my bags all the way to India at SFO but will be reaching at JFK at 9.30 pm at terminal 2 and my flight is 10.50 pm at terminal 8. Will there be enuf time to go between the terminals and do i have to go thru security checks again?

I will be returning a car to Airtrain station and need to take several pieces of luggage to Terminal 8. Are there luggage carts at car rental station which can go on the airtrain and is the Terminal 8 connected or do we have to take elevator to street level and cross street to enter Terminal 8 departure terminal?
