You may want to think about

You may want to think about changing your itinerary. State Shuttle (at Ground Transportation/Welcome Center) has service between JFK and EWR for about $30 however the trip takes at least 1 to 1.5 hours and you will need to clear customs/immigration on arrival at JFK which can take 45 minutes to 1 hour. Given these time frames I don't think you will get to EWR in time for a 1530 departure.

Transfer JFK to LIC

We are 4 people with 4 medium size suitcases and some hand luggage arriving at JFK Airport next Sunday. We would like to go to Long Island City (37-18 Queens Boulevard) and we want to know what would be the options to get there and the cheapest way (total fare) for us.
We appreciate your attention in advance

Transportation

Hello, I have question. We will arrive JFK on 6 of January at 20.00 o'clock. We have to go to Newark airport, more exactly to Hilton Newark Penn Station hotel. Which are the options to get there?

Taxi is direct and fastest

Taxi is direct and fastest but could cost $80 or more. You can take NJ Transit train from NY-Penn Station to Newark-Penn Station. You will arrive at JFK too late for NYAS express bus to Penn Station so take AirTrain from terminal to Jamaica Station ($5), transfer to LIRR to NY-Penn Station ($5.75) and take any NJ Transit train that stops at Newark ($5).

Easiest and most direct but

Easiest and most direct but expensive is by taxi. Shuttle services do not operate at that hour. You can also do it by train; Newark Airport AirTrain from terminal to Airport Station, NJ Transit train to NY-Penn Station, LIRR train to Jamaica, JFK AirTrain from Jamaica to terminals. All operate 24/7.

Without an exact street

Without an exact street address the zip code is the Borough Park area. Taxi will take you direct, cost on the meter around $50. You can also take public transportation; AirTrain from terminal to Jamaica Station, transfer to LIRR to Atlantic Terminal-Brooklyn, transfer to the D subway to 50th St is closest station to the center of the Borough Park area. If you can provide an exact address I may be able to find a closer subway station/subway line.

Inquire at Ground

Inquire at Ground Transportation about shared-ride or other hotel shuttle services. Other routes: taxi from terminal for flate rate $45+tolls+tip, the NYAS express bus from terminal to Port Authority Bus Terminal and then take the uptown A or C subway from there to 59th St/Columbus Circle ($15+$2.25) or AirTrain from your terminal to Jamaica Station, transfer to the E subway to 50th St and transfer to the uptown C subway to Columbus Circle ($5+$2.25). Same routes returning to JFK.
