Other routes: taxi from terminal for flate rate $45+tolls+tip, the NYAS express bus from terminal to Port Authority Bus Terminal and then take the uptown A or C subway from there to 59th St/Columbus Circle ($15+$2.25) or AirTrain from your terminal to Jamaica Station, transfer to the E subway to 50th St and transfer to the uptown C subway to Columbus Circle ($5+$2.25). Same routes returning to JFK.
