hi! is it possible to book the shuttle AT the airport? from the airport to the hotel, or is it necesary to book it on the website, in advance? thanks :)
what is the best way and cheapest way to get to The Manhattan Times Square(228 WEST 47TH STREET (BTW. 8TH & BROADWAY) from JFK TERMİNAL 4?
Best is by taxi but will cost you $45+tolls+tip. Cheapest is by subway ($7.25); take Airtrain (track 1) on 3rd floor of T4 to Jamaica Station, transfer to E subway to 50th St, walk three blocks south on 8th Ave to 47th St, turn left.
how do we (2 adults + 2 small kids) get from jfk to la guardia (the easiest way)
Thanks.
Easiest is by taxi, 20-30 minutes travel time depending on traffice and fare is roughly $25-$30.
My flight gets into JFK at 5:00pm on a Thursday--what is the best and cheapest way to get to the Hotel Roger Williams (131 Madison Ave.)? Thanks!
Easiest is by taxi; $45+tolls+tip. Cheapest is by AirTrain/subway; $7.25; take AirTrain from terminal to Jamaica Station, transfer to E subway to Lexington/53rd, transfer to the downtown #6 subway to 33rd St. Walk one block west to Madison and two blocks south to hotel. You can also take the NYAS express bus ($15) to Penn Station (7th Ave/33rd St) and walk to Madison Ave.
Not looking to take a cab, what are other alternatives?
Alternatives depend on where you destination is. NYAS express bus and AirTrain will take you to various modes of public transportation.
How long and how much $ from the JFK airport to Penn station and then back to airport in same day??? Have a family member catching a noon flight out of JFK then taking other family members to NYC for the day and then back to airport same evening for another flight. Any suggestions on luggage storage??? Cheaper to pay for short term parking at airport for 12 hrs and keep luggage in car OR store luggage at airport for the length of the day? Any feed back would be appreciated.
Thanks
Luggage storage at terminal 1, 4 and 8 (see the Luggage Storage site navigation page on this site for rates). Taxi will cost you $45+tolls+tip each way, allow one hour travel time. NYAS express bus to/from Penn Station is $15 each way, one hour travel time. AirTrain from terminal to Jamaica Station and then LIRR to Penn Station (reverse coming back) is $13 peak/$10.75 off-peak each way, travel time is 45-60 minutes.
Arriving JFK on 11/2 6 pm and am trying to get to Park Slope. Worried about traffic and taking a taxi. Any other options?
Take AirTrain to Jamaica Station, transfer to LIRR to Atlantic Terminal-Brooklyn, transfer to the #2 or #3 subway to Grand Army Plaza (Flatbush Ave) or the M or R subway to Union St (4th Ave), depending on where in Park Slope you are going.
Hi, I'm arriving at the jfk terminal 4 in nov 4.
Could you please tell me how, and how long does it take to reach chinatown from the jfk?
thank you
Subway will take about one hour; take AirTrain from terminal 4 (third floor) to Jamaica Station, transfer to J subway to Canal St. Chinatown starts south of Canal St.
