You may want to double check the second terminal. It might be terminal 5 instead. If your first flight is international you will be cutting it very short as you will have to clear immigration and customs. If customs and immigration arent too busy at the time of your arrival and if your first flight is on time you should be able to make it. If you first flight is domestic you should be able to make it as well as long as first flight is on time.

Take an air train at terminal 3 on track 2. It takes about 2 minutes to get to terminal 7.

Your first flight is domestic so that is a big plus. You will make your connection as long as your first flight is on time.

Take AirTrain on track 2 from T7 to T4. Provided your arrival is on-time you should be ok.

It usually takes 30-45 minutes but allow at least one hour for planning purposes.

3rd floor of terminal 1 take an air train on track 2. About 3 minutes on an air train between two terminals.
