Can one visit someone with a layover,
Can I visit someone connecting from a domestic flight to an Icelandair flight, who has a 3 hour layover? Do they just leave the security area from the domestic flight, and reenter and go back through security at a different terminal? Will it take more than 1 hour to return through security?

I have a flight with Iceland Air that will arrive at 12:40 and I have to make a conecetion flight that leaves from terminal 5 at 17:50 to Orlando. How do I get to terminal 5, how long time does it take, and can i leave the airport for some time or do you recomend to stay there until my flight leaves.

From terminal 7 take an air
From terminal 7 take an air train on track 1 to terminal 5. Only takes a minute. I would recommend you to stay at the airport until your departing flight. Not enough time to go to NYC.
