I'm trying desperately to recover a bag that was checked on American Airlines from Miami to Milan via JFK...
One was found at JFK and has now been sent on to Milan.
The other isn't showing up in the system anywhere and I suspect it's still stuck at JFK. Do you have a telephone number at JFK that I can call to see if I can locate it?
