My poor mother must think im not trying to find her.
My mother arrived to New York from Dominican Republic with a connecting flight to Boston ( it has been cancelled) she has a cell phone that probably is not charged not soes she know how to charge it. I hope this flight status changes because I dont know what to do to contact the airport. everyone I call is rude (police and emergency) and automated serives for Jetblue well I have been on hold ( got the phone on my shoulder as I type rigth now) OMG I hope she is ok. any advice anyone out there on this situation?
