I'm sorry to hear about all your travel woes. My brother just flew American to JFK yesterday and his luggage was lost. We have been calling American every hour on the hour and they have quoted us so many different "estimated times of delivery" that it's laughable. Finally we find out that they outsource the delivery service by this place called "Perfect Delivery" (HAHA get it?) and once we got their number, their offices were closed. So, now we are going on day #2 with no bags, no word of when to expect them and no hope! GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!
