I'm so sorry to hear that. I hope your horrible crisis has been resolved, and that all the members involved are at home, enjoying the holidays. I have a feeling that the responsible party may be AA, and not JFK. A couple of years ago, I sat on the tarmac at JFK (flight to Miami) for 7 hours; flight attendants charged me $1.50 for TAP water. I then proceeded to wait 7 more hours for my luggage because my luggage was "missing" at JFK (from a flight that never departed) and AA told me that I couldn't file a missing luggage claim on a flight that never took off - despite the luggage "missing" for over 5 hours. We later realized that the crew had gone home and that our "missing" luggage was a result of waiting for the morning crew to come in. I would advise calling new channels and radio stations to get your story out there, in hopes that other families and men anmd women helping to keep our country safe don't suffer the same mistreatment. Wishing you peace and love during this holiday season.
