I arrived into JFK Nov. 4, 2007 from Cario, Egypt, cleared customs and proceeded to the ticket counter outside of the customs area. Ckecked my bag on a Delta flight to ORD and the bag did not arrive and is now considered LOST! Would you please let me know who and what department to contact at JFK to try and find my bag. Is there a holding place where I could look for my bag? I would consider flying into NYC and looking myself to see if I could find it. Delta is not concerned and has not done anything to help with this situation except to pass the blame on to the next guy! Any help at this point would be appreciated.
