i flew in from chicago last night on delta airlines - flying delta is a BIG MISTAKE!!! once we landed they couldn't use the assigned gate because there was a broken airplane sitting at it. they then took us to a remote place and shuttled us in by bus. in the meantime, they still have not found all of our bags. every last bag that was checked onto the flight are still missing. how can an airport and an airline lose an entire flight of bags! after sitting in the jfk airport for three hours i submitted a claim for my bag that still hasn't been found and is full of christmas presents. by the way, my original flight was cancelled out of O'Hare b/c of JFK and the flight they put me on the next day was delayed three hours then they lost my bag.

i will never fly DELTA AIRLINES again!
