On December 9th early in the morning I was traveling alone with 2 kids ( one of them an infant). I approached the security check point with a cart on which a loaded my carry on bags as well as 2 strollers and a car seat for my infant. I handed my barding pass and my ID to the officer ( who made sure to drop my ID and told me to pick it up saying "OOOPS" ...) After she signed my boarding pass I let my 4 year old to step forward and turned around to get my infant out of the cart , at which point the TSA officer got up to her feet and screamed at me that I amd not allowed to proceed with a cart and I should unload everything behind the ropes and then approach her again . When I said that it is physically impossible for me to carry everything in my hands she said loud and clear that "I don't care that you have 2 children , go and unload" Her name was Simmons , but she made sure to turn her name tag the other way , so may be its not even her real name.
I was late for the flight because of her!!!!!
