Hi, I live in Italy and I bought some stuff in NY with the idea to get back the 8,735% at the JFK airport. But I was told the in this airport there is NO such desk. Question: does it mean that I have lost my refund possibilities or may I do something whan I am in Italy ? I mean fill in a page on a web site, etc.
