Hi there,

A friend of mine has a connection in JFK. He arrives at terminal 8 from Helsinki and departs from terminal 8 for Seattle. Where is US Border/Customs facility located (terminal 8 or he has to travel to some other location)? What would his steps be to make this as short as possible as the connecting time is around 2 hours?
