Hi to know how much each luggage should weigh and what not just go to the website for the flight your taking like britishairways.com or delta.com or klm.com what every flight it is, they website has the answer to all your questions. Normally if your flying economy each person can take 2 bags each weighing 50 pounds and one carry on. If you flying bussiness or first class each person takes 3 bags weighing 70 pounds i think. if you go over the weights allowed you have to pay extra or your luggage may not be accepted. I don't really know about the dresses, but like i said check the website or call the airline company and they will let you know :)
