We were going back to Germany from vacation. It was allowed to bring two bags 23 kg each for one person. Only had one suitcase which was a little bit heavier. I was not allowed to pay for the overweight. I had to buy a second bag at the airport, so I repacked my suitcase and my hand luggage and checked in both. Never happened at Rhein-Main International Airport or any other European airport!!!!!!
After the boarding (the storm was still over) we were informed about the delay because of the storm. We started approx. 5 hours later, all the time waiting in the plane and not be informed about the real reasons!!!
