I recently travelled back on flight AI112 from New York to London Heathrow on Friday 4th April with my two daughters. I was most disappointed that the flight was 4 hours late landing at Heathrow. I had checked the flight times from the hotel and your website showed it to be 19.45 as scheduled. When we arrived at the airport 3 hours later it was scheduled as 22.15. This was because the crew needed a full 24 hour break. Surely you knew this 24 hours before? I need confirmation for insurance purposes of the delay but have been unable to get a response from air india. can you help me please? Yours faithfully David Harper
