Hi Dear,
I am a Chinese, and arrived NY on last Monday. And i will back to Hong Kong this Thursday. Would like to check if i only need to pass back the white card(tack on passport by customs) to check-in counter, that they will help for clearance.
I would be grateful for your early response.
