This is most unprofessional approach to the handling of an emergency situation which I hv ever experienced.
Everybody knew that this storm was coming and somehow non of airlines had a backup plan...
What abt having call centers set where passengers cld call and get at least some decent update???
What abt just simple plan of how airline reschedules or at least!!!,,, plans to reschedule their flights on-line.
