Hello,

I am an international student who is coming to New York at 4PM June 29. I will first have to pass the immigration service which may take an hour.

I would like to go to Washington DC after that. There is a great bus deal from NYC to DC at 7:30PM, and the bus departs from PennStation. Thus, I wonder what the best way to get to the PennStation on time from the JFK Airport is (I will only have 2,5 hours after having passed the immigration service).

In other words, I am not sure whether I shoud take an airport expres service bus or a train to get to the PennStation. I think I may get in som traffic jam if I take a bus. Should I worry about this?
