We find that JFK is a lousy airport. Most of the people who work there speak no or bad English. It is a slow airport and too small for the airtraffic that comes and goes around there. The personnel that works there is rude and not interested in the people/passengers. Security is rude and does not do their job well. Delta service is poor. The hotels they work with when flights are delayed/cancelled are a disgrace. Hotels like JFK Plaza or International are a disgrace. JFK looks to us like a 3th world country airport. We never fly again to JFK. Change your staff and people who work there, teach them English, make the airport bigger, work faster and clean the place up.
