How long normally does it take to clear customs in Kennedy airport?
I am an international traveller but will be boarding from San Fransico (after spending my time in west coast) and will have some luggages to be checked out.
My flight should arrive on 15 June early in the morning.
I am thinking to book Amtrak for DC but hesitate in booking the time.
what is the earliest to book? I prefer to have some spare time.
Would you also please advise what is the spedier method to travel to meet the train?
Is there likely to be delay with the custom or flight?
