Take AirTrain to Jamaica Station and LIRR to Flatbush Ave. Brooklyn. The station is at Flatbush/Atlantic/4th Aves. If you're destination is further down 4th Ave. connect to the R subway which runs down 4th Ave. to Bay Ridge.
