Your best option money and timewise is to take the R7 SEPTA from Center City to Trenton, the NJ Transit Northeast Corridor line from Trenton to NY Penn Station, and the LIRR from NY Penn Station to Jamaica Station. From there, catch the JFK AirTrain. About 2 1/2 hours travel time.
