I'm arriving at terminal 8 and taking a connecting flight 3 hours later.

1. Will my luggage be automatically re-routed to the new aircraft or do I have to check it all in again?
2. Does terminal 8 have showers?
3. I see that terminal 4 has a VIP lounge with showers. Can I move from terminal 8 to terminal 4 with ease - and is it a long journey?
