My parents are travelling from Finland, Helsinki ( JFK Finnair) to Miami (JFK American Airlines). Their transit time is 2hrs. They have to go through immigration and custom. It’s their first time to travel so far and they are not so fluent in English.
Is there any detailed description of how and where to proceed? Thanks!
