I arrive from San Francisco at midnight Monday 25th August at JFK NY (terminal?) My return flight to the UK
London LHR is at 8:05am Tuesday 26th August from Newark NJ. What are my cheapest connection options from JFK to Newark Airport bearing in mind I need to be at Newark by 5:00am.
