Hi - The easiest way is to go to Grand Central station in Manhattan (either by AirTrain or by bus), then take the Metro North commuter train to Mount Kisco (take the Harlem/blue line). Check out this website for the routes: http://www.mta.info/mnr/html/mnrmap.htm

The distance between GCT and Mount Kisco is about 35 miles/56 kilometers.

A one-way bus ticket from JFK to Grand Central (GCT) is around $14, and your ticket from GCT to Mount Kisco (one-way)is between $9-12 depending of what time of day, if you buy it at the station (a few dollars more if you buy it on the train itself).
