There is New York Airport Express Service Bus that supposedly leaves Port Authority for JFK every half hour but was told they are only leaving from Grand Central and there website seems to have pulled its schedule. Taxi will be at least $45 from Manhattan to JFK. I have a flight tomorrow morning and still trying to figure how the heck to get to JFK, apparently the airtrain is not working either...
