I`m writing to let everybody know that luggage storage on 4 terminal is not safe place for your bags.

I left my bag there for only 24 hours, because I stayed in NY for only one night. When I got to airport first I went for my bag (I had only 2 hours to flight). Some man from this storage was searching for my bag for one hour, he couldn`t find it, he wanted my help and he took me to place where they`re keeping those bags. There were plenty of this bags and inside the storage they had terrible mess.

In my opinion this is crazy that he need my help.
Finally I left NY without my luggage.

And now please read this very carefully what happend.

I got to my country and I had a call from NY but not from the storage but from some airlines which I flew to NY. They told me that they have my luggage but I cannot understand why they had it, this torage should had - I`m I right? Who gave them my bags?????????????

Finally this airlines sent me my bags.

PS. I wrote few mails to 4 Terminal storage but nobody answer. Without any help from some good people (JET BLUE Airlines) for sure I would not get my luggage.
