Need Help,
On Monday 9th Aug we should fly JFK - VLC (Spain) with Delta, there was a problem with the boarding and they try to move us to other fly JFK - MAD, they move our baggage to this fly but we could not take this plane either (not enough time). Somebody at the boarding door call to anybody to take our baggage out of the plane because we have to stay in Ny two days more, they told us that baggage will be in terminal 3 zone d. When we arrived to baggage office, the baggage seems not to be there.
Two days later we flighted to VLC, and ask for baggage. One of the two bags flight to MAD and has been sent to us in Valencia, but the other does not appears.
The computer says that the lost bag was in the JFK-MAD plane but not arrive to MAD. I think that the person who recived the calling by the boarding door staff to take the bag out of plane, found just one of them and sent it to terminal 4 baggage zone, that was the terminal of the flight to Madrid (no terminal 3 because in this terminal there was just a shuttle to terminal 4).
So I need to contact with baggage office in terminal 4, the problem is that I dont speak (as you can see) english enough to talk by phone.
Is there any email to contact with them?.
