please,tell me what should i do to get my lost bag back.
July,19 I left JFK to Russia for 10 days vacation.I dropped two suitcases at check in Terminal 1 (Aeroflot).
In Moscow I recieved only one bag.Aeroflot did try to find my bag but could't. I suspect/feel that my second bag did not have a tag on.therefore,most likely it's still at JFK.I will be back home at JFK on July,30.
what would you suggest me to do to resolved this problem?
