I just want you and all your customers to know that there are thieves in JFK among those who have access to luggage. I checked my luggage in between 9:30am and 10:00am on December 16, in terminal 4, flight HY102. It was wrapped in plastic, and when I got it back, it was unwrapped, searched, and the most valuable things were missing (new Chanel perfume, Coach handbag, and so on). I am sure that was done in JFK, and not in the airport of arrival.they had two hours of time, between 10:00am and 12:30 am. I haven't officially claimed the incident because it was too much of a pain and bureaucracy, and I did not hope that my things can be found. Just be aware that happens in JFK a lot.
