Thank you for the contact details for jetBlue's corporate office - their telephone team would not give them to me.
I have just returned from Fort Lauderdale with jetBlue. My flight departure was delayed by 2 hours and on arrival I was told that my bag had been sent to Newark.
So the bag waited there overnight, was sent back to Fort Lauderdale in the morning and then back up in the afternoon.
Surprise surprise a red bag with $170 of Diesel T shirts had been removed from my luggage by the time it arrived with me.
And the baggage agent I had the misfortune of dealing with was one of the most rude and unhelpful people I have ever encountered.
So I have written to the CEO and Chairman for them to respond to this sorry situation.
