I rencentlt travelled in and out of JFK airport while on vacation (I'm an Australian citizen) and was upset that 3 of my locks were taken even though they are the TSA, approved locks. Not only was my luggage left vulnerable for my trip but each lick cost ne $18. I have contacted my travel insurance company which will reimburse the locks as long as I can give them a report-letter from JFK airport to prove I have reported this incident. Can you please advise on this matter to my email as well?
