Hi GFK_Specialits,
I took a Delta fly (July 15th, 1H00 PM)from Raleigh,RDU airport to JFK then a Royal Air Morocco fly from JFK to Casablanca in Morocco (July 15th, 6H45 PM). At RDU, I checked-IN with my family 4 bags to the ou final destintion "Casablanca" so we don't need to grab them in JFK airport. When we arrived in casablanca (July 16th, 7h30 AM), we found just 3 out of the 4 checked-IN bags in CMN Airport. We claimed the bag to the airline company and they gave us a Ref for the "World Tracer" tool and they asked us to chheck for the status of the lost bag. Till now, there is no update and we're still waiting for news. I checked also in the Delta website usin the lost bag reference and it has the same status that it has arrived to JFK. Is there any mean (System)to check the bag status in JFK airport?
