Hi

I would like to know if there are any services available (for a charge or free) for elderly passengers. Like receive the traveler, board them on the plane and see them through the whole process, especially those in a wheelchair.
If available, how do I get them. My mom is traveling on the 19th via PIA from JFK and is very concerned how she will manage on her own. Any help, advise would be greatly appreciated.
