I will be landing in JFK AIRPORT and I need to go Hotel Pennsylvania in New York City hotel at West 32nd Street is across Seventh Avenue from Madison Square Garden and the Penn Station Amtrak/subway terminal beneath it.

Please advice me cheapest way to get to the hotel i do not want to use taxi it cost $50.00. i want to us TRAIN OR AIRPORT BUS. PLEASE HELP. CHEERS!!
