Probably not. Even if your flight lands on time there's extra time taxi-ing to the gate, time spent getting off the plane, walking time from gate to ground transportation, waiting for the NYAS shuttle bus and then the ride from JFK to Port Authority which can take up to an hour or more depending on traffic.
