Mar 20, at Delta arrivals, dispatcher put us in a yellow taxi, driver told us no more flat rates to mid-town and set meter. Got sus[icious when meter hit $42 less than half way to city. Total on meter (without toll) was $92! Realized was gypsy cab and paid only what regular fare would have been (he accepted it). Dispatchers should know better!!
