Hi,I’m a visitor come from China at 30/04/2019.the flight was landed at 00:50,so I have to get a Uber,after I came out from the Exit of Terminal4.When I using my Uber on my iPhone,a airport stuff come and ask me if I need a Uber,I said yes,then HE took me to a further place out of the Exit and tell me wait No.19,he said that’s “airport Uber”.Coz I’m the first time came to USA,I believe him. 1min later,a black SUV came and driver said 19 and let me get on his vehicle,I asked how much of it,he said “by Meter”.

So I get on his SUV, after a while,another guy get on the car too .when I arrived hotel,just in the Super 8 Jamaica ,which very close to the airport,maybe 5-6km,and the driver charged me $197,I asked why so expensive,he responded that’s supposed to be this price and get mad on me,I have to give him $200,but He soon changed them to$2!!And said I gave them wrong number,I didn’t realize he just already got my $200,so I gave him $200 again,after that I realized I actually have no $1 dollars in my wallet!That is totally insane! I hope airport should control this situation,It’s really a bad first experience to those people come to USA!
