Hi, I have a tight window to get to the cruise terminal arriving on the 30th of April at 12:40pm.
Is there generally a long queue for taxi's at Terminal 8 between 1-2pm, just wondering if a taxi is best or to book a car but Yelp has a lot of bad comments regarding the private car services of NYC!
