I can't find accurate info anywhere, and its impossible to get thru to United. I came to JFK this morning for 06h40 flight to LAX only to find it had been cancelled. United put me on the 11h35 flight Thursday because all the early flights were full in biz class. I keep reading about other flights departing, but I am at a hotel in the airport, and I don't see or hear any flights.

i think you are lucky to get out on Thursday. there is a flight from lax going to jfk on united that should arrive at 2;35 am. we are really hoping to get out at 6:30 am to LAx on united.

Good morning. You will be okay. Just get to terminal 7 as soon as you can. Ual will be operating at least 80% of it's transcon flights today. They may be a little late due to all of the airlines deicing on the tarmacks but, pretty sure you will get out.

we are scheduled to leave at 625 am on united to lax. The key is if planes from LAX that are still scheduled can get in tonight. there are no united planes at jfk right now.

i know that early flights tommorow are cancelled going to La as a family member works for american. All flights today as far as i know are cancelled
and cnn just said that AMERICAN is cancelling more flights tommorow

Flights for tomorrow, as of now, are all good. The safest of them are those airlines that cancelled their flights early on Wednesday and have all necessary planes in JFK for departure. Unfortunately, AA may not fit that description. JetBlue does...

we are supposed to go to lax on thursday am at 6:30 am on united. does anyone know if they will try to get people out in the am? when will they cancel if they are. Thanks

I'm scheduled on the flight from JFK - Vancouver tonight. Currently its delayed two hours, but I'm wondering if it will be cancelled altogether.

Anyone at JFK Terminal 7 to say what's going on there?

Why,in this day and age, doesn't JFK and ALL airlines (not just Jet Blue and Continental) post updated info on their webpages?
