On July 6 I will travel from Chicago to Bermuda via NY. My flight from Chicago (AA) will land at terminal 8 at h. 16.15 and the flight to Bermuna (AA) will leave from Terminal 8 at h. 17.20.

Switching planes
You'll be fine, Donatella.
No way to know where the distance between gates, since you haven't given the gates, and they are often not known until the day of the flight, but the reason you're arriving and departing from Terminal 8 is for the transfer. You won't have to reclaim baggage, pass security or check in, so one hour is MORE than enough time to move from one gate to another within the terminal - even terminal eight, which is reasonably large.
In addition, since you will have checked into your O'Hare-JFK leg, the flight staff on the second leg will KNOW where you are, and they will wait for you. I've had a delayed flight from Hawaii where the second leg flight (to New York) waited until the flight came in, because some passengers were transferring.
So.. no worries, okay? ;-)

I bought an international plug adapter gizmo at the tech products store near gate 41 at JFK Terminal 8 at ~5:20 p.m. yesterday afternoon, then boarded my flight for Zurich. Upon landing here discovered I'm missing my wallet! Last name Raynolds ... will be SO appreciative if it's found and returned!

No Luggage Made It On Delta Airplane (JFK to RIC)
I made a flight on Delta from JFK to RIC airport yesterday afternoon. Upon arrival in Richmond, NO ONE on the flight had received their luggage.
Please explain how an airplane can take off without having any luggage of the passengers on board?
The Delta officials in Richmond assured me that 2 other flights were leaving JFK and coming to RIC that day and that I would receive my luggage that night. 18 hours later, I still have no luggage.
I have called, emailed, left messages, and tracked the status of my delayed baggage- all to no avail.
It is the holiday season and all my gifts were in my suitcases, not to mention all my clothes, toiletries and prescriptions that I need. I am desperate to know if the suitcases have even left New York and have made it to Richmond. I am willing to drive to come and get them, but I have NO information whatsoever to go off of.
