My wife is first time flying from India to Rochester. She has a connecting flight from JFK to Rochester. How can she get help to change the flight. Is there any possibility of airline staff helping or accompanying her to the next terminal. She is traveling with an infant. Any answer.
I am arriving in JFK on December 31st at 1 :30am and I am staying at Hilton Newark Penn Station in Newark , New Jersey. I would like to know if there is any shuttle that I can take to get to the hotel and how much would cost aproximately a taxi to there.

I am travelling from las vegas to edinburgh on the 3rd of jan 09 via jfk.My flight arrives at 7a.m in new york jfk and my flight to edinburgh isnt until 10p.m i would like to know if i could leave the airport to go into new york and spend the day there rather than be hanging around the airport all day. Yes you can. When you arrive to JFK you will have the option of either transferring to your gate or leave the terminal. A cab ride would cost about 50- (train might be faster from Jamaica station- LIRR)
Yes you can, you have enough time. Just take the subway from JFK out to downtown NYC. Very quick and significantly cheaper than a cab. However, if cost isn't an issue there are cabs that give you a flat rate $40 one-way to downtown from JFK, tip not included of course.

My flight was delayed for over an hour and caused me to missed my connection flight to Atlanta. I was stuck in Atlanta that night because I missed the last flight headed to Mobile. This was a disaster. Delta is not the way to go.

last Saturday, I came to JFK from Minneapolis, MN, with 2 check in baggage, and when I arrived in Ny, i only got one of my bags. So, I already completed my delayed loggage form and have been waiting for the bag to be delivered. Also, I cannot reach delta with the number they gave me. Is there anything you guys can to for my or any kinda inf? Hope I can get a number to call JFK.Thanks:)
