Air Berlin - Loss luggage
I flew in on Air Berlin from Paris last night. Loss both of my luggage. Upon arrival I was given a form with the following phone number 718-244-0921. The agent told me I can call today from 12-1pm to check on the status which i have calls over 20 times today. No one has picked up. I called Air Berlin's customer service they say they would not know the location of my bag and told me to sent an email. Stolen item from luggage
I flew Airberlin AB7451 from jfk to duc on december 28, 2016 and then AB8712 from dus to fco. I had a original box with apple Mac that the airline insisted to put as a special luggage but not as carry on. Upon arriving at Fluimicino (fco) box was missing. I filled a lost report at airport right away. They said they will contact me. They did in 3 days. My box was found and delivered with a local courier. With a courier as a witness i opened a box it was empty. My whole original set and computer was missing. I called the numbers nobody respond. I wrote airberlin and filled online claim 2 times. Nothing. This beyond my understanding, low customer service and proffesional treatment.
