I putted it into the tray to go to the X-Ray and forgot to get it back.
It was around 8:30pm/9:00pm - Jan 4th, 2016, and I was going to Fly American Airlines in gate 8.

I am snehal Ankit Navalakha from India . My husband and I were travelling on 12th Oct 2015 from JFK Airport with Air France 9w123 Departure time 11.25 pm est.

While we waited to board the flight , i kept my phone ( Black color NEXUS 5 with pink blue cover on it ) at the charging station which was near the boarding gate number 7.

Unfortunately we forgot to take it long while boarding the flight . After the realising the phone is not with us, we tried to seek help from the air hostess but the aircraft door was closed . She said she cant open it. nor could she contact the ground staff . but she managed to leave a message through the pilot.

After we landed in Paris , we again left a message through the ground staff of air france.

Its a very important phone . pls check the terminal and all the lost found dept and revert me ASAP.

My 13 year old son will be travelling from San Diego to JFK next month. He will not be using the unaccompanied minor service. My question: Will I be allowed to enter the area where he deplanes? If so, what is the procedure?
